Starting in 2015, they worked as a Customer Service Representative and IT Support for Teleperformance, where they assisted Portuguese-speaking customers and managed issues related to fraud, chargebacks, and connectivity. Tamy then transitioned to a Partner Channel Account Manager role at HP Inc., focusing on B2B support and sales in Portuguese-speaking countries in Africa.

In 2017, Tamy joined GetYourGuide as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, where they provided high-quality customer service and mediated solutions for both customers and providers. Tamy also worked at Visual Meta GmbH as a Key Account Manager and Sales and Partner Account Manager, where they acquired and managed new partners, negotiated contracts, and optimized partners' performance.

At MITON, Tamy held the positions of Senior Sales Account Manager at BIANO and Business Development Manager at GLAMI. Tamy built long-lasting relationships with merchants, planned and oversaw marketing initiatives, and worked towards building the largest fashion e-commerce catalog in Brazil.
