Karolina Kratiuk has a solid background in workforce management and planning, with experience in various reputable companies such as Quantanite, Teleperformance, and Swinton Group. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Solutions and Operations at Quantanite and holding the title of Global Head of WFM and Analytics. Kratiuk is also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics from The Open University.
