Janani Prakaash

Janani Prakaash has been in the HR field for over 15 years. Janani began their career in 2006 as a Specialist in Human Resources at iNautix Technologies India Pvt Ltd, Chennai. There, they were part of a two-member Employee Engagement & Corporate Communications team, handled the overall on-boarding process, and conducted focused group meetings. In 2007, they moved to Applabs Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Senior Executive, Human Resources. In this role, they were a Generalist HR and specialized in devising interventions to address people issues, creating metrics for employee engagement, and acting as a liaison between employees and top management. In 2010, they joined Pega Systems India Pvt Ltd as a Lead - HR Generalist. In 2012, they moved to Deloitte Consulting as an Associate Vice President. Janani then served as an Executive Manager and a Manager, where they led and managed several changes along with the business leaders, implemented a performance management system, and partnered with businesses in Talent (HR) related aspects. In 2021, they joined Quantela Inc. as the Head HR.

Janani Prakaash obtained a B.E in Electrical and Electronics from the University of Madras between 2000 and 2004. Janani then pursued an MSW in Social Work from D G Vaishnav college, Chennai between 2004 and 2006. In November 2021, they became a Certified Yoga Instructor from the Yoga Alliance. Additionally, in 2020, they became a Certified OD Intervention Professional from HRCI.
