Sivas Subramaniyan

Sivas Subramaniyan is currently a Founding Team Member at Pathsetter. Sivas is also a Founder and Executive Chairman's Office at Quantela Inc. Prior to this, they were a Manager at Invest India from 2018 to 2021, where they worked in close co-ordination with Businesses, Agencies in the Government of India and Government of Tamil Nadu, facilitating Greenfield and Brownfield FDI into the state of Tamil Nadu. Sivas also held the role of Assistant Manager at Invest India. From 2017 to 2018, Sivas was a Legislative Assistant to Mr. Rajeev Satav, MP (LS), Hingoli, where they supported Mr. Satav on various legislative matters. Before this, they were a Software Engineer at Robert Bosch Engineering India from 2014 to 2017, where they identified and implemented an alternative position sensing technology in electric-vehicles, thereby reducing the cost of position sensor from $45 to $1 and improving accuracy by 100%.

Sivas Subramaniyan has a diverse educational background. In 2021, they obtained a CFA Research Challenge certificate from CFA Institute. In 2020-2021, they completed a Post Graduate Program in Finance and Operations from Indian School of Business. In 2016-2017, they completed a Young India Fellowship - YIF - 17 - PG Diploma Liberal Studies from Ashoka University in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. In 2016, they completed a HBx CORe from Harvard Business School Online in Business Administration and Management, General. Lastly, from 2010-2014, they completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
