Archana Sampath

Archana Sampath is the current Head of Talent Acquisition for North America at Quantiphi. Archana has over 9 years of experience in the talent acquisition field and has worked with companies such as Virtusa, Softpath System LLC, and Infowave Systems Inc. In their previous role as Associate Director at Virtusa, they were responsible for global recruitment strategy and process, as well as leading the company's BFS recruitment efforts. During their time at Softpath System LLC, they worked as a technical recruiter and was responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating potential candidates for a variety of positions. Archana began their career in 2007 as a Human Resources Executive with TCS where they spent 2 years before moving into the talent acquisition field.

Archana Sampath has a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Sairam Engineering College, an MBA in HR from Vellore Institute of Technology, and they are a certified Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute. Archana is also a Wharton Executive Education graduate, having completed their Chief Human Resource Officer Program.
