Nitun Mohanty

Nitun Mohanty is the current Lead HR Operations at Quantiphi. Prior to this, they were with Applied Materials from June 2017 to September 2021 as an HR Team Lead. Nitun was also with INSZoom from October 2014 to November 2016 as an HR Generalist where they were responsible for employee orientation, development and training, performance management and improvement systems, and employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting. Manhattan Associates from April 2013 to October 2014 as an HR Consultant and Cisco from July 2012 to March 2013 as an HR Analyst. Nitun started their career in 2009 as an HR Trainee at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited.

Nitun Mohanty has a Master's in Business Administration from IIAS Education Group and an Executive Development Program in Talent Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. Nitun also has certification from LinkedIn in Transformational Leadership.

They are on a team with Puneet Sharma - Lead HR Business Partner, Soumita Bose - Senior Human Resources Specialist, and Chaahat Bonde - Lead - HR Business Partner. Nitun Mohanty reports to Sameer Balpande, Head of Global Talent Acquisition.
