Reghu Hariharan

Reghu Hariharan is the Co-Founder at Quantiphi. Reghu has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on application management outsourcing.

Reghu started their career at L&T Infotech in 1995 as a Business Solutions Manager. Reghu then moved to Sataym Computer Services in 2007, where they were responsible for leading the P&L and managing relationships with key clients. In 2008, they joined Capgemini Financial Services as a Principal, and was responsible for the Technology Development & Integration team.

In 2012, Reghu joined Cagpemini Financial Services as the Sr. Vice President - Global Delivery & Operations Leader for Insurance. Reghu was responsible for the P&L and managing relationships with key clients in the insurance industry. Reghu left Cagpemini in 2016 to co-found Quantiphi.

Reghu Hariharan has a Bachelor of Arts from Madurai Kamaraj University and a Master of Arts from the University of Kerala.
