Sankalp Seksaria

Sankalp Seksaria is a Learning Business Partner at Quantiphi, advising business unit leaders on L&D implications and spearheading multiple initiatives to address performance needs. With extensive experience in the healthcare and education sectors, Sankalp has served as Program Manager of the Learning Management System at Karkinos Healthcare, where technology was integrated to enhance training for healthcare professionals. As Training Lead at Tata Trusts, Sankalp developed a learning management system and onboarded over 250 nurses for the Cancer Care Program. Additional roles include General Secretary of the Alumni Association at Universal Business School and Director of Operations at Think Education Advisory Services LLP, where a collaborative oncology training program was designed. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Data Science from Liverpool John Moores University and an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
