Ash Awad

Ash Awad has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ash currently works as a Lead Operations Engineer at Axient, where they coordinate all operations and flight activities on the F-15 platform at NASA. Prior to this, they served as an Integration Engineer at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, creating work orders and troubleshooting complex issues on various aircraft platforms. Ash has also worked at HAECO Americas as an R&D Mechanical Design Engineer, Certification Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer. Ash gained supervision experience as a Plant Engineering Supervisor/Specialist at UPS and has previous internship experience as an Engineering Intern at Artisan Vehicle Systems. Additionally, Ash has owned their own business, Sunny day Pool and Spa Services, and worked as a filing/payroll clerk at LA Fitness.

Ash Awad attended Alexandria University from 1999 to 2001, where they studied Accounting and Business/Management. Ash then transferred to Orange Coast College in 2007 and completed their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Engineering in 2009. Ash furthered their education at California State University, Northridge, from 2009 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
