Camille Jaramis has extensive experience in talent development and human resources. Camille worked at Quantium from 2015 to the present, leading talent development initiatives for half of Quantium's global workforce. During their time there, they conceptualized and launched an award-winning graduate program and oversaw talent management and employee engagement for the Associate and Contributor tiers. Prior to that, they were a Lead Human Resources Business Partner at Quantium, where they led global engagement surveys and designed programs focused on diversity and inclusion. Camille also modernized the onboarding process by implementing a user-friendly digital platform. Before joining Quantium, Camille worked at Clayton Utz as a Recruitment Coordinator and at Macquarie Group as an HR Resourcing Coordinator through Hudson RPO. Camille also gained experience as a Human Resources and Facilities Coordinator at The Foundry and as a Supervisor at EVENT Cinemas Ltd.

Camille Jaramis completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of New England (AU) from 2014 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Organisational Learning from the University of Technology Sydney from 2008 to 2009. Camille completed their Higher School Certificate (HSC) from St Vincent's College in 2007, studying subjects such as English Advanced, Economics, Maths Advanced, German Advanced, and Religion Advanced. Camille attended Kambala, Sydney, from 2000 to 2004, although no specific degree or field of study information is available for that period.
