Raymond Chau

Raymond Chau has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several roles and industries. Their most recent position was at Quantium, where they served as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition starting in April 2022.

Before joining Quantium, Raymond worked at Salesforce in various roles. From December 2019 to April 2022, they were the Recruitment Manager for APAC. Prior to that, they were a Talent Advisor/ Lead Recruiter at Salesforce from November 2017 to December 2019.

Raymond also had experience at MuleSoft, a Salesforce company, as a Senior Recruiter for APAC from November 2017 to June 2018. Raymond contributed to building application networks using APIs and worked with global corporations and emerging companies in different countries.

In 2016, Raymond worked at Rimini Street as a Senior Global Recruiter for APAC, specializing in providing enterprise software support services for Oracle, SAP, and other licensees.

From December 2015 to July 2016, Raymond had a contract role at MuleSoft as a Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist for APAC. Their responsibilities included managing recruitment procedures and delivering talent acquisition for the region.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Hudson as an On-site Recruitment Manager/ Senior Resourcing Consultant from November 2013 to December 2015, providing talent acquisition services for various customer accounts in APAC.

Raymond's experience also includes a role as a Director at Strategi, where they were responsible for business growth, service delivery, resource planning, and execution from January 2012 to October 2013.

Starting in August 2010, they worked at PRA as a Managing Consultant, overseeing client management and service delivery while managing a team of recruitment consultants. Prior to that, they served as a Principal Consultant from February 2008 to July 2010, focusing on talent acquisition for the IT and telecom sectors.

Raymond's early career included roles as a Senior Consultant from April 2007 to January 2008 and a Recruitment Consultant from January 2006 to March 2007.

Raymond Chau attended The Arnewood Grant Maintained Comprehensive School from 1991 to 1995, where they completed their 11 GCSE's. Following that, from 1995 to 1997, they studied at The Arnewood 6th Form, obtaining 4 A-Levels in English Literature, History, Information Technology, and General Studies.
