Hanh Hazel Vu

Hanh (Hazel) Vu has a diverse range of work experience in roles such as Operations Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Merchant Support Specialist, Service Associate, President, Secretary, Treasurer, Marketing Coordinator, and Customer Service Associate. Hanh (Hazel) joined Quantum Electronic Payments in 2020 as a Merchant Support Specialist before transitioning to the roles of Reporting Analyst and then Operations Analyst. In their role as Operations Analyst, they developed and streamlined ETL/ELT processes, optimized query performance for Power BI deliverables, and integrated machine learning algorithms into credit risk reporting tools, resulting in significant cost savings and increased productivity.
