Position Overview

Quantum FBI is looking for a sales manager responsible for leading and managing the sales function, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

The position is remote and can be located anywhere in the U.S.

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Identify and target potential clients within the Accounting and Finance Services sector to expand our customer base.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.

  • Present our products/services to potential clients through various channels, including meetings, presentations, and online communication.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead-generation strategies.

  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for the company and the clients.

  • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance our brand visibility.

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our Intacct and NetSuite solutions.

  • Collaborate with our existing Sales and Marketing team to develop customized sales strategies for target clients

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (Master's/MBA is a plus).

  • Proven track record of success in sales within the Financial Services industry.

  • Strong knowledge of financial software solutions, particularly Intacct and NetSuite.

  • In-depth understanding of financial products/services and market trends.

  • Strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven experience thriving in fast-paced environments, especially within startup settings, and driving innovative solutions.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
