Cindy Schwartz Ppcc

Cindy Schwartz's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Cindy has worked at Quantum Management Services Ltd. since 2003, starting as a Recruiter and then progressing to Recruitment Supervisor & Account Manager. In their most recent role at Quantum, they have been the Senior Group Manager & Client Strategist for the past 19 years, gaining experience in recruiting for different industries and building a strong network of placements. In 2016, they also worked as a Professional Development Coach at BeCoached, where they assisted hiring managers in identifying top talent. Additionally, they worked as a Contributing Writer at Monster.ca from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Cindy holds the position of Director Talent Strategy at Quantum, where they oversee teams and is involved in creating and collaborating on corporate initiatives to enhance Quantum's culture.

Cindy Schwartz completed their BA in Sociology at Concordia University from 1995 to 1999. Cindy then pursued a Certificate in Management at McGill University from 1999 to 2002. In 2015, they attended Concordia University again to obtain a Certification in Professional and Personal Coach (PPCC), which they completed in 2016.
