Cyndi Wenninghoff is the Employee Success Manager at Quantum Workplace. Cyndi has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and has held various positions including Director of Human Resources, Human Resources / Recruiting Manager, Head of Talent, and Director of Culture. Cyndi is passionate about employee engagement and strives to make the recruiting and onboarding process as fun as possible. Cyndi is also responsible for building upon the company culture and values.

Cyndi Wenninghoff has a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Bellevue University and an AAS in Management & Human Resources from Iowa Western Community College. Cyndi has certification from SHRM in SHRM-CP and from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in Professional in Human Resources.
