Nicole Cerfontain Rosas

Nicole Cerfontain Rosas has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Nicole is currently the Vice President of People Operations at Quantum⁵, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain, A Gurney's Resort & Spa from January 2021 to June 2023. Before that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Marriott International from January 2019 to January 2021. Their earlier experience includes roles as the Director of Human Resources at Enchantment Resort and Mii amo Spa from August 2008 to January 2019, as well as the Human Resources Manager at the same company from March 2005 to August 2008. Nicole began their career as a Human Resources Assistant Manager at ILX Resorts Incorporated from May 2003 to March 2005.

Nicole Cerfontain Rosas completed their education in the field of Hospitality Administration/Management, earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Arizona University in 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Tourism Management and Consultancy from Breda University of Applied Sciences in 2003 as well. Nicole has also obtained additional certifications, including being a Certified Human Resources Executive from the American Hotel & Lodging Association in 2011 and obtaining a PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2008.
