Iris Quesada

Iris Quesada has extensive work experience spanning several industries. Iris currently works as a Program Manager at Quantuvos, where they focus on leadership coaching, content creation, and community building. Prior to this, they worked at American Advisors Group as a Sr. Learning Consultant and later as a Learning and Development Operations Trainer.

Earlier in their career, Iris held the position of Senior LMS Administrator at Silverado Care, where they managed learning management systems. Iris also worked at Corinthian Colleges as a Training Manager for ten years, overseeing training programs.

Iris's work history also includes roles at Scantron, where they served as a Survey Project Manager, and at Fluor as a Technical Trainer. These experiences have allowed Iris to develop a diverse skill set and a strong background in training and development.

Iris Quesada graduated from Everest University-Brandon in 2016, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they attended Goldenwest College from 1988 to 1990, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree. In addition to their formal education, Iris Quesada has also obtained several certifications, including Captivate 7 from Roundpeg in 2015, Instructional Design Essentials from Geri Lopker & Associates in 2012, and Total Trainer from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in 2010.
