Nathaniel Betts

Nathaniel Betts has extensive experience in data management and analysis, currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Data Management (EDM) at Quartz Health Solutions since April 2012. Responsibilities include overseeing SDLC delivery, managing the Data Warehouse, and optimizing data delivery processes. Previously, Nathaniel held the role of Lead Data Analyst, focusing on data needs assessment and quality governance for the Enterprise Data Warehouse. Prior to Quartz, Nathaniel worked at Humana from August 2004 to September 2011 in various roles, including Reporting Analyst, Underwriting Specialist, and Web Specialist, where Nathaniel developed skills in database mining, operational report generation, and customer service. Earlier career experience includes a position as Claims Specialist at Wausau Benefits Inc. Nathaniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ripon College. Language proficiencies comprise SQL, VB (Access), and PLSQL.
