Trent Vansice

Trent Vansice has had a strong and diverse work experience. Trent currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Quativa since March 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Project Management at Energy Service Partners from August 2020 to March 2021.

Trent's previous experience includes their role as the Chief Business Officer at Auric Energy from January 2018 to April 2020, where they were responsible for all aspects of finance and operations in a high growth environment. Trent also served as the Founder and VP of Operations at Auric Energy from June 2010 to January 2018. In this role, they founded a renewable energy startup specializing in solar technology and handled all finance and operational responsibilities.

Before their tenure at Auric Energy, Trent worked at Verizon Wireless in various roles. Trent was the Director of Customer Service from March 2006 to August 2010, leading a 1100-person contact center and overseeing regional support for customers and employees. Prior to that, they served as the Associate Director of West Area Resource Management from January 2003 to March 2006, where they managed operations for the contact center across the Western United States. In this role, they were responsible for forecasting and scheduling, call center technology, and delivery of metrics across internal and outsourced contact centers.

Trent Vansice completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources and Marketing at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 1994 to 1997.
