Koina Malik began their work experience as a Customer Service Associate at Teleperformance in July 2020, where they worked until January 2021. Koina then joined Quatrro Business Support Services in February 2021 as a Solution Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for handling triage and ticket creation, resolving queries through emails, mentoring new team members, managing data and billing information, ensuring client SLAs and timelines were met, supporting the business during peak requirements, and providing support to operations by building process guides. Koina also demonstrated proficiency in software such as SAP, TDOS, JIRA, and CIS Tool, as well as expertise in Excel.
Koina Malik completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Sri Aurobindo College from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their Higher Secondary Certificate in Commerce from RPVV B-1 Vasant Kunj(CBSE) from 2018 to 2019. In 2016 to 2017, they completed their Secondary School Certificate in CBSE from SKV Mahipalpur New Delhi. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google Digital Garage in October 2021.
