Michelle Maguire

Michelle Maguire has over 15 years of experience in human resources and organizational capability across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Capability at Queensland Country Bank since November 2017, Michelle has previously held significant roles such as Learning Development Manager and Senior Human Resources Consultant at the Department of Housing and Public Works (Queensland). Additional experience includes positions as Human Resources Manager at 1300SMILES and Fonterra, and as a People Relations Advisor at Serco Sodexo Defence Services. Michelle's expertise extends to providing HR, IR, and WH&S advice to small and medium businesses, with a strong emphasis on aligning operations and enhancing people performance. Michelle holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources from Swinburne University of Technology and an Associate Diploma of Business in Hospitality Management from Great Barrier Reef Institute of TAFE Townsville.
