Tristan Blom

Tristan Blom is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development, learning, and storytelling. Currently serving as the Head of Capability and Global OD Partner at Xero, Tristan also leads Diversity, Inclusion, and Organisational Development for the APAC region. As the Chief Storyteller and Owner of The Storytelling Tree since 2013, Tristan specializes in teaching storytelling as a vital communication tool. Previous roles include L&OD Programmes Lead at Ashurst, where responsibilities involved facilitating programs across various sectors, and Client Relationship Manager at Macquarie Graduate School of Management, developing customized leadership programs. Tristan's early career includes roles in law and academia, with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of International Relations from Bond University, complemented by ongoing professional education in training and design thinking.
