Kaitlyn Smith has a strong background in technical production and stage management, with experience in a variety of roles in the arts and entertainment industry. From their time at QUT to working with various theater companies, Kaitlyn has honed their problem-solving, communication, and patience skills. Currently, Kaitlyn is taking on the role of Acting QMC Venue and Business Development Manager at BEMAC, showcasing their dedication and passion for the arts.
