Abigail Ventrillo

Abby Ventrillo serves as the Talent Acquisition and Retention Leader at Quest Analytics, LLC, since September 2019, where responsibilities include leading recruitment and retention efforts in the technology and healthcare sectors while improving team member experiences across various locations. Prior to this role, Abby was the Talent Acquisition Manager at Essense of Australia, overseeing full-cycle recruitment in a high-growth environment. Abby's experience also includes serving as Associate Director of Technical Recruiting at VML, where talent acquisition strategies were developed and partnerships with educational institutions were established.
