Corey Serrins has extensive work experience in the field of product support and enterprise solutions. Corey started their career in 1993 as a Data Communications Specialist for the SCHOOL BOARD OF ALACHUA COUNTY, where they worked until 2009. From 2009 to 2010, Corey served as a Technical Support Engineer at KACE Networks. Corey then joined Dell in 2010 and held various roles, including Enterprise Solutions Engineer, Enterprise Solutions Consultant, and Product Support Principal Engineer, until 2016. Corey has been working at Quest Software since 2016 as a Product Support Principal Engineer.

Corey Serrins obtained a Master's degree in Education from the University of Florida, where they studied from 1987 to 1993. Prior to that, Serrins attended Miami Killian Senior High School from 1984 to 1987.
