Head of Customer Success Norway at QuestBack

Charlotte Winsnes has had a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Charlotte started their career as a Lærer- og miljøterapautassistent at Haug skole og ressurssenter, where they assisted teachers and therapists in engaging students. Charlotte then moved on to Lundalogik AS as a CRM Salgskonsulent, where they underwent comprehensive training and developed a customer portfolio, responsible for their management. Following this, Charlotte worked as an Opplæringskonsulent at CompuGroup Medical Norway AS, where they provided training and support to customers using CGM's journal systems. Charlotte then transitioned to VIBBIO as a Customer Success Manager before joining Questback. At Questback, they held roles as a Customer Success Manager and currently serves as the Head of Customer Success for Norway.

Charlotte Winsnes has a diverse education history. In 2016 to 2017, they attended BI Norwegian Business School, where they pursued a special course in project management (Prosjektledelse 1 og 2). Prior to this, from 2008 to 2011, they also studied at the same university and obtained a Bachelor's degree in marketing communication (Markedskommunikasjon).

In 2007, Charlotte attended EF International Language Campuses, where they obtained a certificate in English. Before that, from 2004 to 2007, they attended Valler Videregående Skole, where they received a diploma in general and business economics (Allmenn og bedriftsøkonmiskefag).

Additionally, in February 2019, Charlotte obtained a certification in Questback Essentials from the institution Questback.
