Kris Kotte serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for Quest Food Management Services, bringing over 20 year of experience in concept creation and culinary development. He has created and led multiple food service venues in a wide variety of formats from cafes and bars to fine dining establishments. Kris most recently served as the Regional Manager for Compass Group NAD / Bon Appetit, where he managed six states with annual revenues exceeding $120M, in addition to cultivating two new markets for the company.
Prior to joining Compass, Kris worked at Entourage on American Lane as the General Manager who created and lead operations and accounting systems for the restaurant and a 600+ guest capacity fine dining event facility. Throughout his career, Kris has proven to be a team builder and revenue and profit driver with a keen focus on hospitality and overall guest experience.
