Sandy Costa

Sandy Costa serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Quest Food Management Services, supporting the growth and development of the personnel function in connection with the organization's overall business plan. Sandy oversees talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning & development, leadership coaching, performance management, people operations, and employee relations.

For the past 20 years, Sandy has held key Human Resource roles, including leading global teams in the fields of food and hospitality, engineering, pharmaceutical, wholesale, distribution and manufacturing. A native of Barranquilla, Colombia, Sandy holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology & Management and a B.A. in Psychology from Universidad del Norte. Sandy is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Human Resources and Management.
