Will Gow has extensive experience in the field of cyber insurance claims and financial risks. Will has held various roles in different companies, starting with their current position as Head of Cyber, Digital Assets & Financial Lines at QuestGates Ltd. In this role, they specialize in managing claims related to cyber, digital assets, and financial lines insurance, including crypto losses, ransomware, data losses, and incident response.

Prior to their current position, Will worked at ASL as a Senior Adjuster and Solicitor, where they focused on cyber claims, including ransomware, crypto and digital asset losses, and fraud. Will also had experience in financial lines claims, dealing with professional negligence claims against solicitors, accountants, insurance brokers, and other professionals.

Before ASL, Will worked at Plexus Law as a Solicitor and Trainee Solicitor. As a Solicitor, they handled defendant insurance litigation in professional indemnity and property risk & coverage. As a Trainee Solicitor, they specialized in defendant insurance litigation within professional indemnity and property risk & coverage.

Prior to their legal career, Will worked at Stewarts as a Senior Commercial Litigation Paralegal and Commercial Litigation Paralegal, where they gained valuable experience in commercial litigation.

At the start of their career, Will worked at the Financial Ombudsman Service as an Adjudicator and Quality Representative. Will settled financial disputes between consumers and businesses through alternative dispute resolution.

Will Gow has a comprehensive education history in the field of law. Will obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from the University of Buckingham from 2009 to 2011. Following this, they pursued further studies at the University of Bristol, where they earned a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Commercial Law from 2012 to 2013.

In 2015, Will attended BPP University, where they completed a Master of Arts (MA) in Business. During the same year, they also undertook the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP Law School.

Continuing their professional development, in 2020, Will enrolled at The Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters, where they pursued the CILA Diploma.
