Sumair A. Sayani

Sumair A. Sayani has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2015, they worked at Nielsen as an Executive Committee Member and Co-lead of the Center for Consumer Dynamics, where they played a key role in establishing the institute and recruiting an Advisory Board. Sumair also identified a global opportunity for Nielsen to work with the UN Big Data Platform initiative.

In 2019, they founded Eiryam Inc., a company focused on AI developments and delivering solutions across sectors such as the public sector, F&B, retail, investment banking, and research. Sumair also founded HiPod, a next-generation learning platform that aims to bridge the gap between employee expectations and their skills.

In 2020, Sayani founded PathosAI, a company dedicated to providing better consumer understanding and leveraging big data for insights. Sumair also served as a Startup Mentor at Coopérathon, a startup accelerator program in Canada.

From 2019 to present, Sayani has worked as a Tennis Coach at Joshua Creek Tennis Club and as a Strategic Growth Advisor at PigeonLine. Sumair has also been a Member Program Advisory Committee at Northeastern University since 2020.

In 2021, Sayani joined NielsenIQ as an Advisor for the Global Public and Not for Profit Sector, where they focus on building partnerships for sustainable development and improving data-driven decision-making. Sumair served in this role until 2022.

Starting in 2023, Sayani will work at QuestionPro as the Global Lead of AI Programs and Strategic Partnerships, responsible for building partnerships and developing and implementing new Emotional AI programs.

Sumair A. Sayani attended the Harvard Extension School from 2015 to the present, studying Sustainability Studies. From 1993 to 1998, Sumair A. Sayani obtained a National Coaching Certification in Tennis Coaching from the Coaching Association of Canada.
