Mike Wells

Mike Wells has over 15 years of work experience in various roles within the financial services industry. Mike is currently working at Quilter as a Business Change Lead, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, Mike worked at Unum as a Resource Planning & Insights Manager from July 2019 to November 2021. From March 2016 to July 2019, they served as a Service Technology Manager at Quilter. Before joining Quilter, Mike worked at Old Mutual Wealth as a Forecasting, Planning & Analysis Manager from January 2011 to March 2016. Mike'searliest role was at Skandia, where they held two positions: E-Business Helpdesk Manager from January 2006 to January 2009, and E-Business Analysis Specialist from January 2009 to January 2011.

Mike Wells attended Totton College from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they attended Noadswood School.
