Job Category

This role will facilitate the Banking and Wealth Management category’s fast growth and enable us to both uphold and expand our existing relationships.  It requires an individual to be analytical, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.  We are seeking a candidate who is fantastic at building relationships, highly motivated, a strategic thinker, and organized. This role needs someone with a solid level of business acumen and who is hyper-focus on partner satisfaction.

Knowledge of the personal finance space is strongly preferred, along with an interest in various Banking and Investing products from both major banks and smaller/fintech providers.

Responsibilities

  • Ongoing direct client management for a set of assigned Banking and Wealth Management clients and agencies, including proactive management of budgets and campaign performance
  • Strong attention to detail with focus on excellence in execution
  • Access and analyze significant amounts of data to identify trends and/or patterns which lead to specific insights and optimization actions on the client marketing programs
  • Develop and foster relationships with key client contacts
  • Regularly work to proactively identify unfulfilled client needs and recommend solutions to meet those needs
  • Annual, quarterly and monthly account planning across assigned book of clients
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal and external teams and other key stakeholders to ensure organizational goals are met or exceeded
  • Provide thought leadership in developing new, innovative marketing practices, including remarketing and cross-sell opportunities within QuinStreet’s suite of verticals
  • Track best practices and document processes when required
  • Leverage internal technology and industry-standard tools to understand compliance requirements and recommend remediation solutions across various media channels

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Economics, Marketing, Business, or related job experience
  • 2+ years of experience in client management in financial services or online marketing
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and partner management experience required
  • Must be extremely comfortable with numbers and proficient in Excel to analyze data
  • Prior experience with business intelligence/data visualization tools such as Tableau or SQL preferred
  • Must be able to quickly grasp the key drivers of the business, be comfortable with multi-tasking, and can independently prioritize tasks given their impact to the vertical
  • Understanding of web metrics, online pricing structures (CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.) and how they impact the profitability of a business
  • Knowledge of best practices in online performance marketing
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team environment with the ability to think independently
The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 USD to $85,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
