Bernard Russnogle has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Bernard started their career in 1992 at Teledyne Wah Chang as a Desktop Support technician. From there, they worked at HandmanOnline.com and Netzee, Inc. as a Desktop Support specialist and Technical Support representative, respectively. In 2002, they joined Carr Subaru, where they held multiple positions including Motorsports Director, Accessories Manager, and Customer Satisfaction Manager. In 2005, they became the CEO and President of Gottsu International Inc. After leaving Gottsu International, Bernard joined QuinStreet in 2006 as a Systems Administration Manager responsible for desktop and laptop configuration, software installation and maintenance, and network support. Additionally, they served as the Technical Support Manager at QuinStreet. Bernard also held the position of President at SPEC Club from 2000 to 2008. Overall, Bernard Russnogle has gained a diverse range of skills and experiences throughout their career.
Bernard Russnogle attended Portland State University from 1998 to 2004, where they studied Japanese. During their time at the university, they did not obtain a degree in any specific field. In addition to their education, Bernard has obtained multiple certifications. In 2018, they received certifications in "You Are the Help Until Help Arrives" from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, "Active Shooter: What You Can Do," "An Introduction to the National Incident Management System," "Animals in Disasters: Awareness and Preparedness," and "Beaverton CERT" from FEMA. Later that year, they received certifications in "ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incident, ICS-200," "Introduction to Incident Command System, ICS-100," and "Introduction to CERT" from FEMA. In 2020, Bernard obtained "HPDE Instructor Training Level 1" certification from the Motorsport Safety Academy.
