Jawad Eltaki, Esq., has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Jawad is currently serving as an Associate Corporate Counsel at QuinStreet, where they provide legal counsel on various aspects including ad tech, data privacy, and website compliance. In this role, they also handle commercial contracts, IP portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation matters. Prior to this, Jawad worked as a Legal Administrator at QuinStreet, where they gained valuable experience in the legal operations of the company.

Jawad also has experience working as a Mentor at Tech Edge JD, Santa Clara University School of Law, where they guide and supports aspiring legal professionals. Jawad has previously served as a Staff Attorney at Lavelle Law Offices, specializing in helping individuals with bankruptcy filings to achieve financial freedom.

In their early career, Jawad worked as a Legal Extern at the Law Offices of Herbert T. Patty, contributing to various legal matters. Jawad also gained hands-on experience as a Legal Intern at the Hayward Hall of Justice Self-Help Center, providing free legal assistance and education to low-income individuals dealing with family law, criminal law, and small claims court cases.

Jawad then pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a specialization in Intellectual Property at Santa Clara University School of Law, completing their studies from 2015 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Jawad has also obtained certifications in relevant fields. Jawad completed the High Tech Law Certificate (IP Specialization) from Santa Clara University School of Law in May 2018. Later, in June 2022, they obtained the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Essential Training certification from LinkedIn.
