Jenna Hackathorn has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jenna started their career at Sears Holdings Corporation as a Manager/Trainer Customer Service Support, where they received escalation calls, assisted with developing pilot programs, and handled customer complaints. Jenna then moved on to Apple, where they worked as a Sales & Customer Support Tier 2 representative for four years. At EBQ, Jenna served as a Business Development Manager, responsible for generating new business opportunities. Jenna later joined Bloomfire as a Business Development Manager, where they developed and managed an outbound sales team, implemented sales enablement tools, and conducted marketing research projects. Jenna also worked at Digital Pharmacist Inc. as an Account Manager and at Lifesize as an Escalations Account Manager and Renewals Account Manager. At Modernize, they held the role of a Customer Success Manager before the company was acquired by QuinStreet, where they continued in the same position. Most recently, Jenna is employed at Impulse Austin as a Sales and Marketing Business Consultant, focusing on building community and inspiring growth and empowerment.
