Giridharan T.S. has had a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Giridharan co-founded Quintessence Business Solutions & Services in 2010 and served as the Chief Technology Officer. Prior to that, they were the Vice President at e4e Healthcare Business Services from 2005 to 2011. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as the Assistant Vice President at Nittany Outsourcing Services Pvt. Ltd. Giridharan started their career as a Consultant at NIIT from 1998 to 2001. Before that, they worked as an Audit Officer at Madras Cements Ltd. from 1994 to 1997. Giridharan began their professional journey as an Articles Clerk at C V Ramaswamy & Co from 1990 to 1994.

Giridharan T.S. attended DAV Higher Secondary School in Gopalapuram from 1975 to 1987, where they pursued their Secondary School education with a focus on Commerce. Giridharan then went on to obtain a BCom degree from A M Jain College in Meenambakkam from 1987 to 1990.
