Verity Duncan

Verity Duncan is an experienced leadership development professional currently serving as a Leadership Development Associate at Fieri since March 2024. Verity has held significant roles including Team Lead for the British Army Climate Assessment Team and Coach at Recruit for Spouses. In addition, Verity is a Consultant in Leadership and Culture at Quirk Solutions Ltd and a volunteer member of the SUSTAIN Female veteran advisory group at King's College London. Verity contributes as a School Governor at AFNORTH International School and has previously led projects at the Centre for Army Leadership. With a background as an Army Officer, Verity has developed expertise in educational practices, human resources, and language teaching, complemented by ongoing academic pursuits in Positive Psychology at Buckinghamshire New University.
