Agnese Sardella

Agnese Sardella has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2016, they worked as a Sales Advisor for PANDORA A/S, where they gained valuable knowledge about the brand and served as a brand ambassador. Later that year, they became a Retail Manager at Bethany Christian Trust. In 2017, they briefly worked as a Transport Coordinator at Select Travel Service. From 2018 to 2021, Agnese held various roles at Select Travel Service, including Operations Assistant and Project Manager. As a Project Manager, they managed multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing logistics planning, negotiating contracts, and maintaining business relationships with suppliers. Additionally, they were responsible for budgeting, invoicing, and coordinating schedules for multiple travel groups. In 2016, Agnese also worked at Edinburgh Napier University as a Student Ambassador and Event Coordinator, where they developed and managed a training program for students, mentored students with special needs, and represented the university at various events. In their current role, they serve as the Chief of Staff and Head of Operations at Quix, a position they have held since 2021.

Agnese Sardella began their education in 2010 at "San Benedetto" High School in Italy, where they focused on studying foreign languages. In 2013, they moved on to Stourport Sixth Form in Stourport-on-Severn, where they pursued AS Level courses in French, German, and Mathematics. The following year, in 2014, Agnese attended Parrs Wood Sixth Form in Manchester and obtained A2 Level certification in Spanish, French, and Italian.

From 2015 to 2019, Agnese attended Edinburgh Napier University, where they pursued a BA (Hons) degree in International Tourism and Events Management. During their time there, they also acquired additional certifications, including a C2 - Upper Advanced English Certificate from EF Education First in April 2020. Agnese further enhanced their skills by obtaining certifications such as Learning Data Analytics from LinkedIn in December 2020, Excel 2016 Intermediate from The CPD Certification Service in November 2020, Project Management: Beyond the Basics from The Open University in May 2020, First Aid from St Andrew's First Aid in April 2019, and Scotland's Mental Health First Aid from NHS in November 2017.
