As a Demo Specialist at Quizizz, you will be both a technical expert and a persuasive advocate for our instructional suite in conversations with prospective clients. You will collaborate closely with our sales team and use your deep knowledge of teaching and learning to align client needs with the value of Quizizz. Your role will be pivotal in converting prospects into satisfied customers.

What You'll Do

  • Product Demonstrations: Lead engaging and informative product demonstrations for potential clients, effectively showcasing the value and capabilities of our instructional suite.
  • Solution Design: Work with the sales team to understand client requirements and design customized demos to anticipate their specific challenges and objectives.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical knowledge of our products, including integration capabilities, features, and benefits, to address any client questions or concerns.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to guide them through the decision-making process and ensure a clear understanding of how our solutions will meet their needs.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback during and after demonstrations to inform product development and sales strategies, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Training & Enablement: Provide training and support to internal sales teams on product features, use cases, and best practices to enhance their effectiveness in selling our solutions.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies

Who You Are

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree and Teaching Certificate.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the education and/or edtech sector. Strong understanding of educational environments and district-level technology adoption is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency, certifications, and personal use of edtech platforms. Must be comfortable working with Engineering and Product Marketing to explore and learn new product launches quickly.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Able to adapt communication style from 1:1 to large events, virtual to in-person.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze client needs, design effective demos, and address challenges with creative and practical approaches.
  • Collaboration: Experience working in a team-oriented environment, with a track record of successful collaboration.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.

Note: This role is remote but will include some limited travel for events, up to 25% Salary Range

  • $75,000 - $90,000 per annum
