Dominic James Assoc Cipd

Dominic James has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Starting in 2005, Dominic worked as a Learning and Development Specialist for Sitel, followed by a role as a Soft Skills & Behavioural Trainer for Sage. In 2006, Dominic joined Northern Rock as a Coach & Training Manager. In 2008, Dominic moved on to BT Retail - Sunderland, where they served as a Customer Service Manager. From 2009 to 2014, Dominic worked for Northgate Plc, initially as a Group Sales & Service Trainer, then as an Assistant Training Manager, and finally as a Training Team Leader. Dominic then transitioned to Piramal Healthcare UK Limited as a UK Training Manager from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, Dominic joined AMT Vehicle Group as the Head of HR until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, Dominic served as the Site Learning Lead (Associate Director) for MSD. Most recently, Dominic worked at Organon as a Senior Specialist, Global Learning & Development from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Dominic is working as a Learning And Development Lead at Quorn Foods.

Dominic James Assoc CIPD completed CIPD - Level 5 HR Management at Newcastle College in 2015-2016. Dominic also obtained certification in Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) as a Practitioner from Thomas International in 2018. In 2012, Dominic achieved CIPD - Level 3 L&D Practice from DPG plc. Additionally, they completed various training programs in coaching, emotional intelligence, sales dynamics, training design and evaluation, team leader development, and professional selling skills from different institutes and organizations between 1996 and 2013, including Kaizen Consultancy, The Leap Partnership, Reg Vardy plc, The Proctor Consultancy, Chartered Management Institute, and Rank Xerox.
