Natalie Campion

Natalie Campion serves as the Vice President of Global Talent Management at Qurate Retail Group, with additional responsibilities as Interim Director of Global Organizational Development. Since September 2018, Natalie's focus has included performance management, talent planning, and organizational culture engagement. Prior to this role, Natalie held several positions at Mylan, such as Lead Specialist and Senior Specialist in Global Talent Programs & Technology, emphasizing employee engagement and talent analytics. Currently, Natalie is a member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle and began this role in January 2024. Natalie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Information Systems Management from Duquesne University.
