Tico Petrosian MS SHRM-CP is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and people management. Since September 2019, Tico has served as Senior Manager of People Portfolio at Qurate Retail Group, overseeing large-scale programs and initiatives while focusing on team member welfare during global restructuring. Prior to this role, Tico was a Senior Organizational Effectiveness Partner at QVC, where contributions included the merger integration of HSN and Zulily. Tico's earlier experience at The Devereux Foundation as Organizational Development & Learning Manager involved leading a team focused on training and development for new hires and current employees. Tico’s career began at the Devereux Kanner Center as Treatment Manager, crafting individualized treatment plans. Tico holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
