Richard Kris Gracia has worked in customer service and technical support roles for the past eight years. Richard Kris began their career in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative/Technical Support for Comcast. In 2015, they joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. and held three roles: Business Online Technical Support, Consumer Online Technical Support, and Customer Service Specialist. Richard Kris will be joining Qwilr in 2022 as a Customer Support Specialist.
