Nihar Koya

Nihar Koya has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Nihar started their career as a Data Analyst at Innodata Isogen in 2001 and worked there until 2004. Nihar then joined Hewitt Associates as a Team Developer and worked there for four years before moving on to McKinsey & Company in 2008 as a Research Analyst. After two years, they joined The Nielsen Company in 2010 as a Sr. Ops. Executive and later became the Enablement Leader Operations until 2019. In 2019, Nihar joined QX Global Group as an Associate Vice President where they played a significant role in increasing the center team strength and later became the Vice President of Business Operations.

Nihar Koya obtained an MBA degree in Marketing and International Business from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, starting in 2002 and completing in 2005. Additionally, Nihar Koya has obtained several certifications in various fields such as digital maturity, project management professional (PMP), change management for projects, decision-making strategies, lean six sigma, and more. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn and were completed in May 2020.
