Brian Kilby

Brian Kilby has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Brian currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Electro Freeze / HC Duke and Son, LLC, starting in August 2022. Prior to this, Brian worked at R.A Jones for over 10 years. During their time at R.A Jones, they held roles such as Operations Manager, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Project Engineer. Brian also worked as a Design Engineer at Dell Perot Systems Engineering Services from 2008 to 2011. Before that, they worked as a Service Manager at Geek Squad from 2003 to 2008.

Brian Kilby completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from Coe College, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Following that, they pursued a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering from the Iowa State University Graduate Program, where they held enrollment from 2010 to 2013.
