Jacob Ferriera

Jacob Ferriera has a comprehensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jacob started their career in 2002 as a Co-Op student at Central Contra Costa Sanitary District, where they worked as a Controls Engineer. Jacob then held various roles as a Design Engineer at IPL Macro, Mechanical Engineer at California State University, Chico, and CNC Operator/Programmer at ZM Technologies.

In 2005, they joined ABS Pumps USA as an Applications Engineer before transitioning to Flygt, a Xylem Brand, where they worked as an Applications Engineer responsible for sizing pumps and solving field performance issues in wastewater applications.

Jacob later joined R.F. MacDonald Co. in 2015 as an Outside Sales Engineer, assessing customer needs for pump equipment and service work in the Central Valley CA. Jacob then joined Underground Solutions in 2017 as a Regional Sales Manager, focusing on technical sales of Fusible PVC to various clients.

In 2021, Jacob became the Western Region Manager at Mueller Water Products, managing sales of their Echologics, Singer, and Hydro-Guard products in the Western United States. Currently, they hold the position of Director - Industrial Pump Sales at R.F. MacDonald Co. since 2022.

Jacob Ferriera began their education in 1993 at San Joaquin Delta College, where they studied Engineering Technology, General. Jacob completed their studies in 1994. From 1998 to 2001, Jacob attended the University of the Pacific, where they pursued a degree in Engineering. Jacob then transferred to San Joaquin Delta College from 2001 to 2003, where they continued their engineering studies. Finally, Jacob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from California State University, Chico, where they studied from 2003 to 2005.
