John started their career as a Gas Turbine Systems Technician in the US Navy from 1994 to 1998. After that, they joined Clayton Industries as a Field Service Technician from 1998 to 2002. In 2002, they joined R.F. MacDonald Co., where they held various roles including Boiler Service Technician, Boiler Service Department Field Foreman, Boiler Service Department Manager, and Southern California - General Manager until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Boiler Sales Engineer & Aftermarket Sales and later as a Sales Manager from 2015 to 2016. Currently, they are working at R.F. MacDonald Co. as the General Manager and recently assumed the position of Vice President of Service & Operations in June 2021.
