Ken Furlong has a wealth of experience in various leadership and advisory roles. Ken is currently serving as the VP of Business Transformation at R-Path Automation since July 2020. Prior to that, Ken worked as an Advisor for LaunchPath Innovation, providing guidance on pricing, marketing, and product development strategies. Ken also served as the Director of Product at eComEngine, LLC from October 2016 to April 2020, overseeing product management responsibilities. Before that, Ken held the position of Managing Consultant at Excella Consulting, where they successfully coached a company through a $60MM program and provided coaching and training to multiple solution development teams. Ken's earlier experience includes roles such as Director of Product Management and Sr. Product Manager at Telogical Systems, where they led product management functions, introduced Lean Startup and Design Thinking principles, and managed end-to-end software development projects. Ken Furlong completed their education at Christendom College from 2001 to 2005, earning a BA degree in Philosophy and Theology with Summa Cum Laude honors. In addition to their degree, Ken obtained certifications in various areas. Ken became an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Team Facilitation (ICC-ATF) from ICAgile in October 2015. In the same year, they also became a certified LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) Practitioner through the LeSS Company. Ken further enhanced their expertise by becoming an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) in May 2015. Ken also holds certifications in CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) and CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) from the Scrum Alliance, although the exact dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
