Thomas Russo is an established expert in energy regulation and markets, serving as President of Russo on Energy LLC since May 2015, where strategic advice and training are provided to energy companies facing transition challenges. In addition, Thomas Russo holds positions as an Adjunct Professor at the Elliott School of International Affairs, an Environmental Reviewer for the Low Impact Hydropower Institute, and an Associate Fellow at the R Street Institute.
