Thomas Russo

Thomas Russo is an established expert in energy regulation and markets, serving as President of Russo on Energy LLC since May 2015, where strategic advice and training are provided to energy companies facing transition challenges. In addition, Thomas Russo holds positions as an Adjunct Professor at the Elliott School of International Affairs, an Environmental Reviewer for the Low Impact Hydropower Institute, and an Associate Fellow at the R Street Institute. Thomas Russo's previous experience includes managing roles at FERC and writing for the Climate & Energy Journal. With extensive international experience as an Energy & Environmental Advisor for organizations such as the World Bank and Peace Corps, Thomas Russo possesses advanced qualifications, including an MSc in Biology & Natural Resources from The University of Alabama and an MBA in Finance & Business from The George Washington University School of Business.
