Elizabeth Redmond

Elizabeth Redmond is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, management, and sustainable design. Currently serving as the Director of Sales & General Manager for Building Intelligence at R-Zero since July 2021, Elizabeth has focused on enhancing productivity in the workplace. Prior to R-Zero, Elizabeth co-founded CoWorkr, where the mission was to create dynamic workplaces, leading to its acquisition in 2021. Elizabeth founded POWERleap, an international design and tech consultancy centered on energy harvesting, attracting significant media attention and securing an NSF grant. Elizabeth also held a key role at ecolect, focusing on developing a Materials Nutrition Label, and contributed to sustainable design dialogue at Green Options. Earlier in career, Elizabeth worked as a content consultant for Discovery Inc., working closely with Sara Snow on sustainability initiatives. Elizabeth holds a BFA in Industrial Design from the University of Michigan.
